The vines are growing on the clays and gravels, typical soils of Anjou region. Rosé de Loire is produced from several grape varieties: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grolleau and Gamay.

Characteristics of Rosé de Loire

Rosé de Loire wine is from Anjou region which will seduce you by its very intense cherry colour, its flagrant odour is a mix between strawberry and red fruits. The attack is velvety but firm. It's an excellent Anjou region wine for summer!

Harvesting and wine-making process

The harvesting of the grapes is manual. In order to produce this marvellous wine Rosé de Loire, we respect several production stages (steps). The first is the alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts of the grape, after that leading of the fermentation in low temperature to get the flavours of fruits.
